ZEE5 is all set to elevate its Telugu content offerings with the upcoming release of the captivating web series ‘Paruvu’. Set to premiere on June 14 on the platform, this intense drama boasts a talented team of creators and a thought-provoking narrative that deals with the sensitive subject of honor killings.

The story revolves around a young couple, played by Nivetha Pethuraj and Naresh Agastya, who defy social norms and run away. They belong to different castes, which complicates their relationship. When they flee their families, they find themselves entangled in a web of crime and danger.
Honor killing is the central theme of the series, which is portrayed in a unique and thought-provoking manner. Each character has their own motivations, and the pair’s actions lead to a massive crime that lands them in even more trouble.

Nivetha Pethurai stars as the female lead who portrays the character with an unexpected twist, while Naresh Agasthya plays the male lead named Sudheer, a lover who eludes Nivetha’s character.
Naga Babu plays an important role as one of the parents of the couple. Bindu Madhav’s surprise entry in the series adds to the intrigue. Sunil Komisetty, Pranetha Patnaik and Rajkumar Kasireddy play the other lead roles.
The series is directed by Siddharth Naidu and produced by Chiranjeevi’s daughter Sushmita Konidela under Goldbox Entertainments. Pawan Sadinen is the host and the background music (BGM) adds to the excitement.
