Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed to reunite for Indian web series ‘Shanduri’

If you haven’t heard of TV superstars Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed working their magic together on screen, fear not. After the job is done Barzakh and Jo Bache Hain Samait LoThe duo will appear in the web series Shandur For Indian OTT platform Sony LIV.

For his upcoming role, Fawad will essay the polo-loving prince of Chitral, who even took polo lessons to perfect the part. According to something highThe series is written by Umera Ahmed and directed by Asim Raza. Along with Fawad and Sanam, the audience will be able to enjoy the performance of Mikaal Zulfikar and Hira Khan. From both Pakistan and the UK, the series is slated to launch later this year. Arguably the film’s special feature is Shandur Peak in Pakistan, which is the world’s highest polo ground at 3,700 meters.

Further details of their latest project are being kept under wraps, so it’s now a waiting game for avid viewers. Whether Pakistani viewers will be able to access the show due to strict regulations is another matter.
