Actress Nisha Rawal Talks About Alimony Demands From Karan Mehra (Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai) Amid Their Divorce
Nisha Rawal’s allegations against Karan Mehra (Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai )have become the talk of the town. Karan Mehra was arrested and then was let out on bail and he also denied all the allegations made by Nisha Rawal. Both sides have their versions and different stories to tell. The couple is now heading towards a divorce and the former is seeking alimony to take care of their four-year-old son Kavish’s future and education.
According to reports, “Nisha Rawal stated that her only demand from Karan Mehra was for him to take responsibility for Kavish. She said that the alimony she was demanding was not for herself, but to fund their son’s education. The actress stated that all she wanted was that Karan takes care of Kavish’s future and higher education.”
The report further said, “Nisha shared that she would be taking responsibility for Kavish’s education till he reaches Class 12, and wanted Karan to fund his education thereafter. Stating that he had 12 years to earn money, she stated that she will handle the expenses of the higher education if it was in her capacity. She added that she was also looking for a regular source of income for her son.”
Earlier, the actor also said that he talked to Nisha’s rakhi brother Ritesh Sethia so that he could help them in a mutual agreement on the alimony. However, as per Karan, they wanted a huge alimony amount which wasn’t possible for Karan to pay.
Nisha rawal also gave him a huge list of what she needs and on the day of the event, after not concluding, Karan said that they will talk about it later or let the court decide.
Nisha had also claimed that she had given all her jewelry to pay for Karan’s EMIs when he had no work. She also claimed that she had been transferring her funds into his account and now he left her without any money when she wanted to treat her fractured foot.
