my darling. The world of Poohniverse is expanding. Umbrella Entertainment has released the first teaser for the next installment in the B-horror series that focuses on terrifying versions of beloved children’s characters.

In the teaser for Bambi: ArithmeticTwo hunters are seen practicing shooting in the forest with a dead bird tied to a tree. “Have you ever shot a deer?” One fisherman asks the other. “No. Do you?” The second hunter replies. “Yes, once,” says the first hunter. The teaser seems to indicate that this hunter is the same one who killed Bambi’s mother.

The final shots of the teaser show a vicious and angry deer attacking a car. The car flips over completely before the deer lets out a guttural roar. The film’s main plot is said to follow characters Zanna (Roxanne Mackey) and her son Benjy (Tom Mulheron) who are in a car wreck and are quickly pursued by the “evil killing machine” Bambi.

The teaser drop comes shortly after Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 It was launched on March 26, and following the announcement of the “Poohniverse” film series, which will see characters like Bambi, Tinker Bell, Pinocchio and more team up in an “Avengers-style” film with a horror genre twist, titled Bonniverse: Monster Gathering.
