I started to feel very disappointed.”

Sarah said she had always believed her decision-making was very “intuitive” but that it had gradually started to become more “cerebral.” She said: “And I realized that at first it didn’t work for me. So how do I filter out the noise? I don’t know, but I know that when I’m not being authentic, my body lets me know.” ”
