Ananya Panday says she made the film for the wrong reasons

Ananya Panday, who recently appeared in ‘Ko Gaye Hum Kahan’ along with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh ​​Gurav, confessed that she acted in a few films in the past for the wrong reasons.

In an interview with Film Companion, Ananya said that she has no faith in the films she has acted in. However, it strengthened her belief in pursuing films for her pure motives.
“I think I may have pursued it for the wrong reasons at first, and deep down I always felt that way. When things don’t go as expected, it’s my belief that I follow my instincts. Working with talented people and believing in the script always yields positive results in one way or another,” Ananya added.

She also emphasized that she has started to lose herself and fall in love with the acting process, which makes her feel more responsible for the roles she plays. She doesn’t want to go beyond that. Because it will disappoint many women and girls. It would be unfair to downplay such roles since she gets to play them and tell their stories on screen.
