Bollywood star Salman Khan celebrates ‘Tiger 3’ success with children at theaters on Children’s Day
Superstar Salman Khan is currently basking in the success of his action thriller ‘Tiger 3’. The film grossed 100 million rupees at the box office just two days after its release.
To commemorate the success of his latest film and Children’s Day, the actor took time out of his busy schedule to visit the theater and spend the day with a crowd of children.
Paparazzi footage showed him posing in a gray T-shirt and blue jeans, shaking hands and hugging his children.
On its second day, ‘Tiger 3’ earned Rs 58 million at the Indian box office, taking its total box office collection to Rs 110 million in just two days.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote on Instagram, “Tiger hits century in 2 days… #Tiger3 hits the ball out of the park on 2nd day (Monday)… *2 days* total.” she shared a post with the caption. Currently, the box office collection has crossed Rs 100 crore, making it the third Hindi film (2023) to enter the century in 2 days/48 hours: #Pattern (January), #Jawan (September) and This time #Tiger3 (November). #Tiger3 went into overdrive on his 2nd day in #Delhi, #UP, #Haryana, #Punjab, #Rajasthan, #MadhyaPradesh…The movie has some on his 1st day Although it underperformed on the circuit, the film got back on track due to its phenomenal growth on the second day. #Tiger3 Day 43, Month 58. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, the film also stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi.
‘Tiger 3’ is the third installment in the Tiger series and is part of the YRF Spy Universe alongside ‘War’ and ‘Pasaan’.
Interestingly, there is also a cameo appearance by Shah Rukh Khan and a post-credits scene featuring Hrithik Roshan.
‘Tiger 3’ was Khan’s biggest opening after 2019 film ‘Bharat’ which earned Rs 4.23 crore.
Like the previous two films ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, the film focuses on a new mission involving RAW agent Tiger (Salman) and ISI agent Zoya (Katrina Kaif). I’m guessing. The first part ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ was released in 2012 and was directed by Kabir Khan.
In 2017, the franchise was expanded as ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’. The sequel was directed by Ali Abbas Zafar.
