On its first day of release, Salar grossed 93.45 billion rupees at the domestic box office and 178.7 million rupees at the global box office, according to filmmaker Hombare Films. Meanwhile, the film has also seen good pre-bookings on Tuesday and has already earned Rs 2.97 crore with over 160,000 tickets sold across the country.
