Trolls take over Shake Shack West Hollywood in celebration of the new animated film
Trolls has taken over Shake Shack West Hollywood, at 8520 Santa Monica Blvd., to celebrate the release of the new DreamWorks Animation film Trolls Band Together on November 17. Shake Shack has teamed up with this new chapter in the hit Trolls musical series to bring a limited-time shake menu to fans across the US.
The shake trio is inspired by the movie’s main characters — Poppy, Branch, and new character Viva — as well as some traditional holiday flavors.
Shake Shack unveiled a special West Hollywood Trolls experience on Friday with three larger-than-life Trolls on the roof of the burger restaurant. The Shake Shack Trolls had their signature hair styled by celebrity hairstylist Justine Marjan.
In addition to the giant Trolls, Shake Shack is also offering an interactive experience that includes limited-edition gifts from Poppy and Pout and Moose Toys as well as interactive music boxes activated by the Shakes so they can listen to their favorite Trolls characters while they eat. Guests will also have the opportunity to get Troll-ifed on the Hally Mobile Truck on Saturday 11/18! Halle is teaming up with West Hollywood Shake Shack to introduce hair, styling, and shine lines. This interactive experience will be available for a limited time until 11/19 but beware – these trolls may be moving to another cabin in Los Angeles!
Trolls-themed holiday shakes include:
- Poppy’s Sugar Cookie Shake: Handmade frozen sugar cookies, mixed with cookie dough pops, topped with whipped cream and cotton candy. Starts at $7.49.
- Chocolate Mint Brunch Shake: Hand-frosted vanilla and chocolate custard, mixed with peppermint candy, topped with whipped cream and crunchy peppermint candy. Starts at $7.29.
- Viva’s Cinnamon Roll Shake: Hand-spun cinnamon rolls filled with frozen custard, topped with gold icing, topped with whipped cream and gold confetti. Starts at $7.29.

Rye, Pasadena, Santa Monica, Silver Lake, Topanga (x2), Torrance, Victoria Gardens, Westlake Village.
Trolls have also been spotted on the Sunset Strip. Troll’s Movie wrapped around Carnie’s Burgers earlier this month to promote the film.
