Teachers’ Day is celebrated on September 5th every year. This day is dedicated to teachers and the role they play in shaping the lives of their students.
This day marks the birth anniversary of scholar and Bharat Ratna awardee Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who was born on this day in 1888. He served as President of India from 1962 until 1967.

1. “Super 30”
In ‘Super 30’, Hrithik Roshan played the role of Anand Kumar, a mathematician who mentors underprivileged students to crack the prestigious IIT entrance exams. Directed by Vikas Bahl, the film also stars Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Tripathi and received positive response from the audience.
2. “Taare Zameen Par”

‘Iqbal’ is a heartwarming film that revolves around a deaf and mute aspiring cricketer and his coach. The role of the teacher is played by Naseeruddin Shah, who guides him to pursue his dream of playing for the Indian cricket team.
