Emmerdale Bear actor Joshua Richards reveals unlikely relationship with EastEnders Eve actress Heather Peace
He may be part of rival soap Emmerdale, but actor Joshua Richards has close ties to EastEnders and is friends with Heather Peace, who plays the show’s aborted lawyer Eve.

She added that she was happy to see her friend “doing so well” in EastEnders, and gushed that she was “a lovely girl and a really great actress”.
When asked about possible soap crossovers, Joshua joked, “A violent lawyer and a buttery-soft wrestler? I think they’d make great sidekicks.”
Joshua joined the cast of Emmerdale in 2019 as bearded wrestler Bear Wolf, Paddy’s estranged father. The character quickly establishes a life in the Dales, forming friendships with older villagers such as Mary.
However, Joshua has also found success in Hollywood, playing the character Haymon in the critically acclaimed 2004 film Troy. In 2017, the actor played the role of Lord Kay in another Hollywood hit, King Arthur: Excalibur Rising.
