Blackout – June 7th
Written and directed by Devan Shahshin Bhavsar, Blackout is a crime thriller comedy. Starring Vikrant Massey, Mouni Roy and Sunil Grover, the film tells the story of a man whose life changes when he accidentally sees a truck loaded with gold and cash, only to find that the truck belongs to the mafia and he finds himself at the receiving end of all the trouble surrounding the scene.
Munja – June 7
Munjya is a horror comedy starring Sharvari Wagh, Abhay Varma, Mona Singh and Sathyaraj in key roles. It is both funny and chilling, telling the tale of a young boy who accidentally unleashes a spirit that starts haunting the local women and the community must find a way to return it to its place.
Gudchadi – June 8
The film is a drama-comedy produced by Bhushan Kumar and stars Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Parth Samthaan and Khushali Kumar. It is directed by Bijoy Gandhi.
Chandu Champion – June 14th
Directed by Kabir Khan, the film is based on the true story of India’s first Paralympic gold medallist, Murlikanth Petkar’s determination and dedication. The incredible tale of a man who persevered against adversity with unwavering passion, courage and tenacity tells the inspiring tale of a legend. Kartik Aaryan plays the lead role.
Ishq Vishq Rebound – June 21
A sequel to the 2003 hit “Ishq Vishq”, the romantic drama stars Rohit Saraf, Pashmina Roshan, Jibran Khan and Naira Grewal in the lead roles. The film will release on June 21 and is directed by Nipun Avinash Dharmadhikari.
Kalki 2898 – June 27
Written and directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD is a sci-fi adventure drama about a modern avatar of Hindu god Vishnu who descends to earth to protect the world from evil forces. The film’s star cast includes Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan in important roles.
