Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu, Kriti Sanon Starring Top 10 Highest Grossing Movies of the Weekend

Heist comedy “Crew” starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu and Kriti Sanon in the lead roles has topped the US box office. Directed by Rajesh A. Krishnan, famous for his work in ‘Loot Case’, the film’s debut film garnered attention for its notable success.

The film was a double-digit hit at the Indian box office on Sunday, taking the domestic box office collection to Rs 300 crore. Meanwhile, the worldwide box office revenue is expected to exceed Rs 50 billion.



In the US and Canadian markets, “The Crew” was among the top 10 highest-grossing films over Easter weekend. The film earned an estimated collection of $1.5 million, according to Comscore. With this collection, the film secured her ninth place in the list of the weekend’s highest-grossing films.

“Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire,” which made an estimated $80 million, was followed by “Ghostbusters: The Frozen Empire,” which made $15.7 million.

Sci-fi blockbuster Dune Part 2 earned an estimated $11.1 million, while Kung Fu Panda 4 earned an additional $10.2. a million. The horror film “Immaculate” earned an estimated $3.3 million, and “Arthur the King” earned an estimated $2.4 million. “Late Night With the Devil” was a close second in seventh place with $2.2 million.

Meanwhile, Indian film ‘Til Square’ took eighth place on the list with $1.8 million, followed by ‘Crew’ which earned an estimated $1.5 million.

Rounding out the 10th place was “Imaginary,” which grossed $1.4 million.

‘Crew’ tells the story of three stewardesses, played by Tabu, Kareena and Kriti, who work for an airline called Kohinoor, which is on the verge of bankruptcy, and their hard work behind the scenes.

The film also starred Diljit Dosanjh, Kapil Sharma, Saswata Chatterjee, Rajesh Sharma, and Kulbhushan Kharbanda.
