From Heera Mandi to Bollywood Wives: Netflix Announces 8 Movies, 14 Series in 2024 | Web Series

Netflix India has announced the list of movies and series to be released in 2024. At the event held in Mumbai, the streamer had eight movies and 14 series in its lineup, including new releases and sequels to hits. The event, titled ‘Next on Netflix: Blockbuster Entertainment Ka Next Level’, was hosted by Monika Shergill, Vice President, Content, Netflix India. Check out the complete list. A total of eight movies will be released throughout the year, with some release dates announced and others not yet determined.

Amar Singh Chamkira

Directed by Imtiaz Ali, with music by AR Rahman and starring Diljit Dosanjh and Parineeti Chopra, the film tells the true story of Amar Singh Chamkira, who was hailed as a rock star by the masses. He was assassinated at the age of 27. The movie will be released on April 12th.

De Paty

Directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi and starring Kajol and Kriti Sanon, Do Patti is described as a “cutting edge thriller” that will take the audience on a “roller coaster” ride. The release date of the film is yet to be announced and Kajol will be seen as a police officer.
