Bulbbul, starring Tripti Dimri and produced by Anushka Sharma, is a folklore story set in British India in the late 1800s. This Netflix original movie tells the story of a child bride named Bulbbul who is married to a man decades older but is wealthy at heart. After a potential romance blossomed with her brother-in-law, who was as young as her, she became a victim of abuse by her husband and their twins. This hurts her soul, but also gives her patience.

Tamasha (2015)

Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone worked together in Imtiaz Ali’s film ‘Tamasha’. Udaan (2010)
