About Aarya Season 3 – Antim Vaar
Aarya Season 3 Part 2 Overview: Sushmita Sen is back with the third and final season of Aarya! Adapted from the Dutch series Penoza, Disney+ Hotstar’s Aarya follows Aarya Sareen, a caring wife and mother who turns to crime to survive the mysterious death of her husband. In the final season of this gripping series, Sushmita Sen’s Aarya takes out her ‘paw’ one last time to do what she knows best – save her children. Ramping up the excitement and action for its final season, the Sushmita Sen-led series certainly knows how to go out with a bang.
Aarya Season 3 Episode 2: Storyline
Picking up where it left off, the series follows Aarya Sareen as she deals with Nalini Sahiba, the Russians and of course ACP Yunus Khan during her drug lordship.
Unfortunately, Aarya’s karma catches up with her this time when her children, the only reason she reluctantly took the reins of the illegal family business, start to resent her. While Veer hates her for the death of Roop and her unborn child, Aru turns against her mother over the misunderstanding. As for Adi, Aarya’s anger at her love for the Empire and her fear of separation get the best of her in front of the kid’s counselor. While Aarya tries to keep her head above water, Khan continues to hold her head.
The show may be changing, but its core theme remains the same: Aarya does whatever it takes to protect her family. However, this time he follows their path and ways that he once truly hated.
Aarya Season 3 Episode 2: Performances
Sushmita Sen’s aarya is not only fierce but also vulnerable and the actress portrays every emotion perfectly. While we loved all her action scenes, especially the last one, the scene that really stood out was when Aarya had a breakdown after Veer said he hoped she died instead of their father. The actress managed to convey Aarya’s calmness, cockiness and anger so well in that one scene, we were in awe. Also, Sushmita Sen will always be the queen of dialogue delivery.
While Ila Arun, Maya Sarao and Geetanjali Kulkarni brought their characters to life perfectly, Sikandar Keri’s Daulat made a grand comeback and served his ‘Hukum’. As for Vikas Kumar, the actor portrays a sense of calmness amidst the desperate efforts to catch the criminals flawlessly.
Aarya Season 3 Episode 2: Script, Direction and Background Score
If the writing isn’t good, strong performances won’t save the series. Aarya 3 part 2 passes this test with flying colors! The story is engaging, though it has its predictable moments. After losing focus in Season 3, Part 1, the show returned to focusing on Aria and her strong instincts to protect those she loves. The only complaint we have is with the ending, what’s with the ambiguity?
Ram Madhvan, along with co-directors Kapil Sharma and Shraddha Passi Jairath, continue the momentum from the first part in Season 3, Part 2. As for the background score, we can offer praise. Absolute perfection.
Aarya Season 3 Episode 2: Final Verdict
Seeing Aarya roar for the last time, despite the predictable outcome, we can’t help but root for her. why Because at the end of the day, she’s just a working mom trying to protect her kids.
