Preity Zinta has a warm relationship with the Deol brothers. Bobby Deol and she were loved for her movie ‘Soldier’. She has also acted in four films with Sunny Deol. Now, news has come that she might make her return to films with her ‘Lahore’. After the success of ‘Gaddar 2’, Sunny Deol has become one of the stars of Bollywood with an exciting line-up of films. Lahore 1947 will be bankrolled by Aamir Khan Productions. Sunny Deol is in the same team as Rajkumar Santoshi. The director-actor duo has worked on classics like ‘Damini’, ‘Ghatak’ and the epic ‘Ghayal’. Fans of the Macho star have been hoping for a movie with Santoshi for a long time. Will Preity Zinta make a comeback with Lahore 1947?

According to a report in India Today, Preity Zinta may return to films with ‘Lahore 1947’. Apparently, she was spotted leaving the studio where she did a look test for the movie. Perhaps she will make her return to films with ‘Lahore 1947’. Considering the script, it is only fitting that someone like Preity Zinta is cast as Sunny Deol. We saw the kind of love that the audience showered on Ameesha Patel, who made a comeback in Gadar 2.

Aamir Khan talks about 1947 Lahore at Gadar 2 success party

Sunny Deol said on Koffee With Karan 8 that Aamir Khan asked him to meet and talk to the star at the Gadar 2 success party. He said he was surprised by what he said. Aamir Khan and Sunny Deol met the next day and apparently discussed some ideas. After some conversations, they decided to work on Lahore 1947. Aamir Khan has also acted in Rajkumar Santoshi’s films. Sunny Deol will play Lord Hanuman in Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’.

The movie is scheduled to be released on February 12, 2024. The makers seem to have built sets in Film City and other parts of India to show the Partition era. Pretty Zinta and her husband Gene Goodenough ringed in the New Year at the Incan Trail in Machu Picchu, Peru.
