Squid Game: The Challenge has gained quite a bit of popularity among Korean web series fans. With its first season coming to an end, viewers are on the edge of their seats to find out the winner.

The reality game show kicked off by pitting 456 contestants against each other for a whopping $4.56 million prize.

Back in 2021, when the South Korean show Squid Game was released on Netflix, it became one of the biggest shows for the streaming giant. Therefore, when the reality version of the show was announced, fans were a little worried and excited to see it in real life.

The reality game show kicked off by pitting 456 contestants against each other for a whopping $4.56 million prize. Out of all of them, the show focused on one group in particular, and the others were eliminated as the show progressed.

The first five episodes of the show were released on November 22, 2023, with the rest on November 29, 2023.

The show’s tenth and final episode will air on December 6, 2023. It will be available to watch on Netflix.

We get to see the final 3 contestants, Sam, Mai and Phil, battle it out one last time for the ultimate cash prize and one more, glory.

While a second season hasn’t been announced for the fan-favorite show, it could be in the cards considering it’s number one on Netflix in 76 countries. Also, since the second season of the original series is all set to be released, it might be possible to release the same for the reality show version.

Fans of the reality show were eagerly waiting for the finale and made it on social networks.

“The full blown Squid Game is a challenge and I need a finale NOWWWW,” a fan wrote on X.

“2 more days until the Squid Game: The Challenge season finale!” added another.

“The final of The Squid Game The Challenge isn’t until the sixth?! This is funny. I need it now.”
