Animal movie release and review updates: Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol’s revenge drama will finally hit theaters on December 1st. Along with Ranbir and Bobby, Anil Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna will be seen in the lead roles in Animal. The film is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and revolves around the toxic relationship between a father and his son. While Anil plays the role of a mentally unstable father, Ranbir plays the role of a traumatized and angry son. Despite his toxicity, Ranbir’s character is conditioned to believe that his father is the “best father” in the world.
Recently, the trailer of Animal starring Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandhana alongside Ranbir was released in Delhi. At a press conference, Ranbir compared Animal to Karan Johar’s Khushi Kabhi Kabhi Ghum. “This is Khushi Kabhi Kabhi Gum for adults,” Ranbir said.
Previously, Animal was scheduled to release on August 11 this year and was supposed to compete with Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 and Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathi’s OMG 2.
