The release date of Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupati’s ‘Merry Christmas’ has been confirmed once again. The film is scheduled to be released in theaters on January 12th next year. As the title suggests, it was scheduled to be released around Christmas, but was postponed to avoid conflicts with other films. A new poster featuring Katrina and Vijay has been released along with the release date. It shows Katrina sitting in a restaurant and Vijay watching her from another table. Katrina shared another new poster on her Instagram Stories, which shows Vijay thinking seriously while placing three portraits of Katrina on the wall behind him.

Merry Christmas was released before Animal

Merry Christmas has been postponed many times. It was scheduled to be released on December 8th along with Siddharth Malhotra’s ‘Yoda’, but both films were postponed to avoid the impact of Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Animal’, which will be released in theaters on December 1st. It was postponed to a later date.
