Indian film’s hit romantic comedy series filmed in Bristol Temple Meads

The latest installment of India’s blockbuster romantic comedy film series is said to be filming at Temple Meads in Bristol this morning (November 13). Photos show filming crew, equipment, and on-site transportation.

The film follows a series of photos and videos shared to The cast members wearing the costumes were seen filming scenes.




Footage of the scene shows a person with a clapperboard entering and exiting the shot. According to the tweet, the shoot was for the Indian movie “Jutt & Juliet 3” (the third installment of the hit romantic comedy series).

The synopsis for the first film states: “Jut & Juliet is an Indian Punjabi romantic comedy film directed by Anurag Singh and produced by Darshan Singh Grewal and Gumbir Singh Sidhu.The film stars Diljit Dosanjh opposite Neeru Bajwa. It was released in theaters on the 29th June 2012.

Crew assembled outside Temple Meads

The film’s writer and director Jagdeep Sidhu also shared a number of images and videos on Instagram while in Bristol over the past few weeks.

According to a previous casting call posted on backstage.com, filming was scheduled to begin here in Bristol in November, but no further information was found on how long the crew would be working in Bristol. It was. The movie is scheduled to be released in June 2024.
