After an interesting preview of the film, the makers of Shah Rukh Khan and Taapsee Pannu starrer ‘Danki’ released a new poster on Saturday.
SRK took to Instagram to treat his fans to a new poster featuring Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Ullu ke patthon’.
The first poster showed Shah Rukh walking around the city accompanied by Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar and Anil Grover. Everyone is dressed formally and has a file in their hand.
Shah Rukh Khan can be seen in a new avatar wearing a green kurta, jeans and sweater vest. Taapsee is wearing a white kurta and paired it with a denim jacket and pants.
Meanwhile, Vicky wore a grim expression in the poster.
In the next picture, SRK was seen sailing through rugged terrain in the middle of the desert along with others.
While sharing the poster, the Pathan actor wrote, “Hum, Birkul ushi tala dik rahe hain jaise raj sa ne apne ‘Ulu ke Patoon’ ko imagination kiya ta… Inke baale mein bahot kuch share karna abhi baki hai…” he wrote.
As soon as the poster was released, fans and followers flooded the comments section with heart and fire emojis.
One user wrote: “What a poster.”
King Khan treated his fans to watch the film for the first time on his 58th birthday.
SRK shared the clip titled ‘Dhanki Drop 1’ on his Instagram account and wrote, ‘A story of simple and down-to-earth people trying to fulfill their dreams and desires. A story of friendship, love and togetherness. “Being…A story about the relationship between lovers,” he captioned the photo. “It’s called home! A heartwarming story by a heartwarming storyteller. We’re honored to be a part of this journey and hope you’ll join us. #DunkiDrop1 is here… #Dunki will be released in cinemas around the world this Christmas.”
Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film also stars Shah Rukh Khan, Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal.
Dhanki Drop 1 offers a glimpse into the world of Rajkumar Hirani. This is a heartwarming story of four friends and their quest to reach exotic shores. It depicts the difficult but life-changing journey they undertake to make their dreams come true.
The film also stars Vikram Kochhar, Anil Grover and Boman Irani in important roles.
“Danki” is scheduled to be released in theaters on Christmas 2023.
The film marks SRK’s first on-screen collaboration with director Rajkumar Hirani, Taapsee and Vicky Kaushal.
