“Arshad and I used to compete as dancers.”
Looking back on her journey as a dancer and choreographer, Farah feels nostalgic. She says: “There was no such platform back then, but every year there was this big dance competition held in a five-star hotel. We practiced all year long for that one performance. We had our own dance group. If someone needed a breakdancing group, we would dance in films. Arshad (Warshi) and I often danced together in shows. We used to compete against each other in competitions. And now we’re judging this show together… It’s a nostalgic feeling.”
