NEW YORK — October 14, 2023 — Today, Prime Video shared an exclusive song teaser and announced the main cast of its highly anticipated adult animated series Hazbin Hotel. Executive producer Vivian Medrano debuted a portion of her devilishly catchy original song “Happy Day in Hell” during Prime Video’s New York Comic Con (NYCC) panel. The cast announced for season 1 includes series regulars Erika Henningsen, Stephanie Beatriz, Alex Brightman, Keith David, Kimiko Glenn, Blake Roman, and Amir Tarai. Christian Borle and Joel Perez will also join the cast. The 8-episode first season is scheduled to be distributed exclusively on Prime Video in over 240 countries and regions around the world in January 2024, and has already been renewed for season 2.

Also, starting today at HazbinHotel.com, fans can pre-order a special package that includes special Season 1 merchandise, digital access to the first two episodes before their release on Prime Video, and a virtual Q&A event with Vivian Medrano and special guests. The cast announced today is as follows.

Erika Henningsen has been cast as Charlie. Lucifer’s estranged daughter Charlie wants to do right by the kingdom and find a way to save sinners back to heaven through rehabilitation at the Hazbin Hotel.

Stephanie Beatriz has been cast as Vaggie. Vaggie is tough but has a heart of gold, as he is good at fighting and very protective of his girlfriend Charlie.

Alex Brightman has been cast as Sir Pentious. A Victorian-era demon who strives to be modern and cool, Lord Pentious has a passion for building steampunk machines of destruction.

Keith David has been cast as Husk. Husk, a cantankerous gambler and magician, is called to work as a bartender at the Hazbin Hotel on a contract with Alastor.

Kimiko Glenn has been cast as Nifty. Called to work at the hotel with Husk, Nifty is not afraid to get dirty and enjoys cleaning up everyone’s messes with a cheerful but kind of creepy charm.

Blake Roman has been cast as Angel Dust. He is a famous porn star and the first sinner Hazbin Hotel is trying to redeem.

Amir Tarai has been cast as Alastor. Alastor, also known as the Radio Devil, is the evil and charismatic host of the Hazbin Hotel.

Rounding out the notable Demons of Hell are Christian Borle as Vox and Joel Perez as Valentino.

Hazbin Hotel The story follows Charlie, Princess of Hell, as she pursues the seemingly impossible goal of rehabilitating demons in order to peacefully reduce the overpopulation of her kingdom.
