The game was also broadcast live on the Star Sports Network by Disney Star, but viewership numbers will be released by the Broadcast Audience Research Council, a television ratings organization, in just one week.
Disney Star has exclusive broadcast and media rights across both linear and digital platforms.
The India vs Pak match was also screened in some cinemas of leading multiplex operator PVR INOX and a large number of visitors were reported to have turned up to watch the match.
