Saif Ali Khan and Aditya Roy to join hands as Telugu director?

These days, Bollywood stars seem to be attracted to Telugu directors and the list is growing day by day. Now it’s the turn of new-age Telugu director Hemant Madhukar, who made the ground-breaking Telugu film ‘Nishabdham’, to do a Hindi film. He is reportedly in talks to line up a big-budget multi-starrer with big stars like Saif Ali Khan and Aditya Roy Kapur.

“Unlike other Telugu directors, Hemanth started his career in Bollywood with interesting films like ‘A Flat’ and ‘Mumbai 125 Kms.’ He is coming back to Bollywood. Negotiations have reached the final stage and shooting may start next year,” says a source in Mumbai.

Hemanth is spending more time in Mumbai and is in talks with various producers to expand the brand equity. “He has a good command of Hindi commercial films and keenly observes the changing trends in Bollywood.He takes extraordinary steps to prepare a film in which the two protagonists appear in order to make his appearance known in a big way. We have a script ready,” the source added.

He further claims that the action-adventure will be produced by glamorous diva Tapsee and Vishal Rana, who has produced Hindi films such as ‘Blar’. Currently, new director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is doing well in Bollywood after his blockbuster hit ‘Kabir Singh’. He co-starred with sensational star Ranbir Kapoor in the upcoming film ‘Animal’ which created a lot of hype. Fellow Telugu film director G Ashok is also in talks to make an expensive film with the legendary Amitabh Bachchan.
