But like anything in life, escapism through content consumption is best in moderation. “Long-term binge drinking can lead to sedentary behavior, poor sleep, and decreased social interaction,” Bourza asserts. “Setting limits on screen time, incorporating physical activity, and engaging in real-life experiences are critical to your physical and mental health.”
