Actors Aamir Khan and Salman Khan are known to be close friends, with the latter touting Ira Khan’s Agatu Foundation as a friendly gesture. Aamir’s daughter Ira has been working in the mental health field since 2019.
The video shared by Salman highlights the importance of “practicing mental hygiene”.

In 2017, Ira spoke through several social media videos about how her parents’ divorce affected her mental health and how she continued to battle it while growing up. In her previous interview with The Indian Express, Ira said how she learned how to help herself systematically.
“I don’t stay up late anymore. If I don’t sleep properly, I cry all day. Being with friends for too long causes me to burn out mentally. So I try to limit it. I make choices and You have to decide what is important to you,” said Ira, who is engaged to Nupur Shikhare.
On the work front, Salman Khan is gearing up for the release of ‘Tiger 3’, which will see him on screen again with Katrina Kaif.
