Bachchan Pandey the shooting of Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Jacqueline Ferandez, and Arshad Warsi starrer Bachchan Pandey is completed and the producers are working on the post-production of the actioner While the first look of Akshay Kumar garnered a thunderous response from the audience, the latest reports suggest that the makers are planning to release the trailer of the film during the festive season of Diwali.

The makers feel that the promotions from Diwali will give them a sufficient window to create buzz about the film, which is scheduled to hit the screens on January 22. 2022. In the massy entertainer, Akshay Kumar portrays the character of a gangster, who wants to become an actor. The film is directed by Farhad Samji, who is known for helming films like Entertainment, Housefull 3, and Housefull 4. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film also features Pankaj Tripathi and Abhimanyu Singh in supporting roles.
It was recently reported that Akshay, Kriti, and Jacqueline have wrapped up their last portions of the film in Mumbai. Bachchan Pandey went on floors in Jaisalmer in January this year, where a major portion of the film was shot. It was followed by a schedule in Mumbai as well.
Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar is currently gearing up for the release of Bell Bottom, which also features Lara Dutta, Vaani Kapoor, and Huma Qureshi in key roles. Directed by Ranjit M Tewari, the spy-thriller is scheduled to hit the screens on August 19 and will clash with Hollywood biggie Fast and Furious 9 at the box office. It will be also released in 3D formats in selected cinemas. It is produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh of Pooja Entertainment, in association with Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani, and Nikhil Advani of Emmay Entertainment.

The film is gearing up for the January 26, 2022 release. It is among the most talked-about projects, and will mark a reunion for Akshay with both his leading ladies.
Bachchan Pandey produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Farhad Samji will star Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Jacqueline Fernandez, Prateik Babbar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Arshad Warsi in pivotal roles. A portion of the film was shot in Jaisalmer and Mumbai, and the makers wrapped up the filming in 55 days. The film is currently in the post-production stage.
