Mufasa : AbRam makes film debut, dubbing for the film alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Aryan Khan

The Hindi version of Mufasa: The Lion King has been released, and it has been revealed that Shah Rukh Khan, Aryan Khan and AbRam Khan will be dubbing for the film.

Shah Rukh Khan and his sons Aaryan Khan and AbRam Khan will be working together for the first time in Mufasa. The trio will be dubbing the Hindi version of Mufasa, the trailer for which has just been released. Shah Rukh voices Mufasa, Aaryan voices Simba and AbRam voices young Mufasa. Shah Rukh and Aaryan previously dubbed the Hindi version of The Lion King in 2019, but this is AbRam’s first time working on a film project.

The trailer suggests that AbRam is all set to rule Bollywood along with his brother and father. Not only do the three nail the Hindi dialogues, but SRK also adds his witty touch to the film. Check out the trailer below:

Speaking about the partnership, Shah Rukh Khan said, “Mufasa has achieved incredible things, reigned as king of the jungle and imparted his wisdom to his son Simba. As a father, I identify with him deeply and his journey in the film. ‘The Lion King’ charts Mufasa’s life from his childhood to his emergence as an incredible king, so it’s special to revisit this character. This collaboration with Disney is special for me, especially as my sons Aryan and AbRam are a part of this journey and it means so much to me to share this experience with them.”

“The fierce Mufasa is more than just a fictional character; he embodies a spirit that continues to inspire generations, a quality that Disney strives to embody in all our stories. When The Lion King Mufasa was announced, we could think of nothing less than Shah Rukh Khan and Aryan Khan returning to our family entertainer as Mufasa and Simba. Now, with AbRam joining the cast, this film becomes even more special for us. Our endeavour here is to encourage millions of Indian audiences to enjoy this incredible tale with their families!” said Vikram Duggal, Studio Head, Disney Star.

“Mufasa: The Lion King” is directed by Barry Jenkins and brings new and fan-favorite characters to life, blending live-action filmmaking techniques with photorealistic computer-generated imagery.
