Choreographer, director, actor… Prabhu enjoys all three professions immensely. In recent years, he has given up on directing and Mumbai to concentrate on acting in Tamil films.
The last film Prabhu directed in Mumbai was Rade for salman khan. After that, he quit the city and direction.
“Not at all, sir,” Prabhu clarified. “I am still very close to Mumbai. But for now, I am fulfilling my acting duties here in Tamil. Some of these are commitments that I made many years ago. Reasons “I don’t know, sir. But here in Tamil cinema, they want me to play the lead character on screen,” Prabhu says shyly.
So will this be the end of his coaching career? “Not at all. I haven’t given up on that direction. If I get a good offer, I’ll go back to that direction.”
He recalls his association with Salman Khan very fondly. “He’s like a brother to me. All he has to do is ask me and I’ll fly to Mumbai and do whatever he wants me to do.”
