1) Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan

Director Akshay Kumar, whose past few films did not perform well at the box office, has pinned his hopes on this Ali Abbas Zafar film. The film also stars Tiger Shroff and Prithviraj Sukumaran (the antagonist) in the action film. Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan will see Akshay and Tiger play two elite soldiers who embark on a mission to recover a stolen AI weapon and will perform desperate stunts. Produced by Pooja Entertainment in association with AAZ, ‘Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan’ will hit the screens on April 10, coinciding with Eid. Manushi Chhillar and Alaya F. Justin will also appear.

2) Maidan

In the upcoming film, actor Ajay Devgn will be donning the hat of a football coach. Boney Kapoor’s ‘Maidan’ revolves around the life of Syed Abdul Rahim, who brought pride to India through football. The trailer showed Ajay Devgn’s character working hard to put the game of Indian football on the world map. In the trailer, he assembles a team of young people from the slums and trains them to make it big on the world stage. ‘Maidan’ is directed by Amit Ravindanath Sharma. Priyamani, Gajraj Rao and Rudranil Ghosh also star. The film is all set to hit theaters on April 10th.

3) Amar Singh Chamkira

The film, which will be released on Netflix, was directed by Imtiaz Ali. Parineeti Chopra has essayed the role of Amarjot in the biopic of slain Punjabi singer Amar Singh Chamkira. She stars opposite Diljit Dosanjh, who plays the title role in the film. The film revolves around the life and times of popular Punjabi singer Amar Singh Chamkira of the 80s, who was shot dead along with his singer wife Amarjot in 1988. Amar Singh Chamkira will be available to stream on Netflix from April 12th.

4) Family Star

This romantic comedy stars Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur in the lead roles. Directed by Parashuram Petra, ‘Family Star’ marks the first collaboration between Vijay and Mrunal. The film is supported by a cast including Abhinaya, Vasuki, Rohini Hattangadi, Ravi Babu and Rashmika Mandanna also makes a special appearance. Produced by Dil Raju, the multilingual version (Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi) is scheduled to hit theaters on April 5, 2024.

5) Mr. and Mrs. Mahi

The film stars Janhvi Kapoor alongside actor Raj Kumar Rao. The sports drama Mr and Mrs Mahi will be released on April 19th. Dharma Productions announced the new release date on their official Instagram. Along with the post, they wrote, “Two hearts chasing one dream, just the perfect pitcher! The field is set for #MrAndMrsMahi, which will be released in theaters on April 19, 2024.” wrote. This film will be Janhvi and Rajkumar’s second collaboration after Roohi. 6) Aranmanai 4

Actor Tamannaah Bhatia will star in a Tamil horror comedy. The film is written and directed by Sundar C and produced by Khushbu Sundar under the banner of Avni Cinemax. 9) Monkeyman

Actor Dev Patel’s directorial debut ‘Monkey Man’ is inspired by the legend of Lord Hanuman. ‘Monkey Man’ is set in Mumbai and stars Dev as Kid. The Kid is a man seeking revenge against the corrupt leaders who murdered his mother and continue to systematically victimize the poor and powerless. 10) Ruslan
