Jane Fonda honors her late friend Paula Weinstein and calls for support for Biden
Jane Fonda took to social media to remember her “best friend” Paula Weinstein, who died on March 25 at the age of 78, as well as sharing how people can honor her late friend.
“I have lost my best friend, Paula Weinstein. Paula was everything a friend should be, to me and to so many people. Weinstein was a longtime Tribeca executive and producer, and has worked on dozens of projects throughout her career, including Great baker boys, The perfect storm, Analyze this And Grace and Frankie.

Fonda and Weinstein have been outspoken on political issues, participating in anti-war protests dating back to the 1960s. The latter also exited Tribeca Enterprises in September 2023 to work on political campaigns. She was also a founding member of the Women’s Political Committee of Hollywood, which has raised millions of dollars for Democratic candidates for more than two decades.
