Christopher Nolan and Emma Thomas receive knighthoods and knighthoods
Christopher Nolan and Emma Thomas are the latest British celebrities to receive a knighthood and a Dame of the United Kingdom for services to the film industry, according to the Associated Press.

Nolan and Thomas first met at University College London, where they were both studying. Together they run their own production company, Syncopy, and have four children. Through the company, they have produced many of the directors’ biggest hits, including Batman triple, Prestige, among the stars And Tenet.
During Nolan’s Best Director speech at the Academy Awards, he thanked Thomas, “the producer of all our films and all our children.” Likewise, during her Best Picture acceptance speech, she shouted out her husband.
“I had been dreaming of this moment for a long time, but it seemed unlikely that it would ever actually happen,” she said at the time. “The reason this movie was made is because of Chris Nolan. He’s unique, he’s brilliant, and I’m so grateful to you.”
