At Tuesday’s trailer launch event, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar injected humor into the proceedings by taking a playful jab at fellow actor Tiger Shroff and hinting at his rumored relationship with actress Disha Patani.

Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Manushi Chhillar, Alaya F and director Ali Abbas Zafar were also present at the event. The gathering was filled with laughter and camaraderie, but it was Akshay Kumar’s witty remarks that stole the show. Akshay Kumar spoke to Tiger Shroff in a light-hearted manner and quipped, “Main tiger se aye kahunga ki, tiger hamesha ek hi disha mai raho.” Literally translated, it means “Tiger, please stay in one direction without straying.” The wordplay elicited laughter from the audience.

The mention of Disha Patani’s name alongside Tiger Shroff’s in Akshay Kumar’s joke added fuel to the ongoing rumors surrounding their alleged romance. The two were also recently spotted celebrating Holi together, further fueling speculation about a possible reconciliation.

Director Ali Abbas Zafar, Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan Manushi Chhillar, Alaya F, Sonakshi Sinha and Prithviraj Sukhummaran are also in the cast. The film is scheduled to be released in theaters on Eid 2024.
