According to police, the woman attended an audition for the web series at Mad Island Bungalow in January. Later, the shooting of the series began on location, which was scheduled to take place over two days. The victim informed the police that when the director disclosed the presence of an adult scene in the web series, she refused to participate. Fearing danger and career, the actor left the stage. Goyal allegedly warned him not to divulge the incident to anyone. After the ordeal, the woman left the shooting midway and reported the incident to the Malwani police and lodged an official complaint.
An officer from Malwani police station said, “After conducting an investigation and collecting witness statements, we have filed an FIR against Goyal for insulting and threatening the complainant.”
