In an exclusive chat with Zoom, Sikandar Kher talked about reprising his role as Daulat on the Disney+ show Hotstar and working with Aarya herself, Sushmita Sen.

as Aarya Antim Vaar Wrapping up with Season 3 on February 9, fans can’t wait to see what happens in the next chapter of the crime drama on Disney+ Hotstar. One of the key members of the show is Sikandar Keri’s silent but dangerous character Daulat, who was a trusted aide to Aarya Sarin and her family. The actor named Daulat among the three main characters in his filmography and talked about his love for him over the years.

Kher, who called Daulat her toughest role, said in an interview with Zoom that her character’s restraint is difficult to portray at times. He said: “He’s still hard to find because he’s very quiet and it’s a bit of a challenge to convey something without words. But somehow I managed. It’s always exciting to be back with the whole crew again. everybody knows. What we do and the main thing is that people really connect with it, they still love it.”

In the previous four episodes Aarya Season 3Sushmita Sen’s Aarya asks Daulat to leave, but she insists that she will remain loyal to him. Kher explained: “It is [Aarya’s] call. He will always do his bidding at the end of the day. She’s there for him, but what he did is almost unforgivable. But at the same time, it gives him a lot of power. He also knows this, which is why he can also see her face again without wanting to kill her. When the next four episodes arrive, a lot more happens. It’s always interesting how the writers work out their dynamic… because people talk a lot about Aarya and Daulat. It’s great what they managed to capture between the two people. He who does not speak and is always stoic, says few words, but has a lot of food.”
