Brad Pitt stars in Quentin Tarantino’s latest film The Movie Critic | Hollywood
Brad Pitt is set to reunite with Quentin Tarantino in the director’s latest film, The Movie Critic, according to the British Daily Mail. Delivery time.
This will be their fourth collaboration, following Pitt’s appearances in True Romance (1993), Inglourious Basterds (2009), and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019), which earned him his first Oscar for Best Supporting Actor.
Tarantino has praised Pitt as “one of the last remaining big screen movie stars.”
The Movie Critic is a film set in Los Angeles in 1977, and follows a critic who works at a fictional magazine called The Popstar Pages. Tarantino revealed that the film is “based on a guy who really lived, but was never famous, and was writing porn reviews.”
“He was very rude, you know. He cussed. He used racial slurs. But his bullshit was really funny. He was rude as hell,” he continued.

The Movie Critic will be Tarantino’s final film
It is expected that the film will be Tarantino’s last, as he previously announced his intention to retire after making 10 films. “The Movie Critic” will be his tenth film, after “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,” which grossed $377 million worldwide.
Pitt’s participation in the film has not yet been confirmed, as he has a busy schedule ahead of him. He is currently working on an Apple-produced Formula 1 racing film with director Joseph Kosinski, who also directed Top Gun: Maverick.
The Bullet Train actor will also star in another Formula 1 film with Javier Bardem and Damson Idris, which does not have a title yet. Additionally, he will share the screen with George Clooney in Apple’s thriller Wolfs, and has recently released titles such as action thriller Bullet Train and Showbiz drama Babylon.

Tarantino said he wanted The Movie Critic’s hero to be “a 35-year-old ballpark guy” and “a new leading man for me.” He also described the character as “a very good critic” and was “very sarcastic”. He said his reviews were “a cross between early Howard Stern and what Travis Bickle might be if he were a film critic.” He made these comments to Delivery time At last year’s Cannes Film Festival, where Once Upon a Time in Hollywood premiered.
The Movie Critic is likely to begin filming either at the end of this year or in early 2025.
