Now, this poignant tale is set to unfold on the international film stage with the production of the high-profile Hollywood film, “260 Days,” directed by Jakov Sedlar and featuring a screenplay written by Academy Award-winning writer Barry Morrow.
Filming will take place in eastern Croatia in Slavonia and Baranja, including Osijek and Vukovar, and is scheduled to begin this summer.
Tim Roth, John Malkovich, Nicolas Cage, Liam Neeson, Martin Sheen, Ralph Fiennes, Armand Assante, and Kevin Spacey are listed as actors being negotiated to play roles in the historical war drama.
The film will be produced by 260DAYS – Osijek, Film Croatia – Zagreb and Film Aramis – Los Angeles.
