Austin Butler revealed that he only had one week between filming Elvis And Air mastersWhich means he had to put in more effort to ditch Elvis Presley’s accent.

And then I had that week off, and then I flew to London, and at that time it was coronavirus, so I was quarantined for 10 days. I thought: “Okay, just pour all that energy into learning about World War II now.”
Air masters is a war drama series, based on Donald L. Miller’s book of the same name, that follows a group of young fighter pilots who target the Nazi regime during World War II. The Apple TV+ miniseries is scheduled to premiere on January 26.
Butler’s accent became a topic of conversation for several months after the film’s release Elvis in June 2022. Some fans continued to point out on social media that the actor looked very similar to the music legend he portrayed on screen.
Butler spoke out about his accent again last year after winning the 2023 Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama for his role in Elvis.
