Koffee with Karan 8: ‘Jury’ calls for boring season | web series
This is the last episode of Koffee with Karan Season 8! In the teaser promo of the latest episode, Karan Johar brings content creators Kusha Kapila, Sumukhi Suresh, Danish Site, Tanmay Bhatt and social media influencer Orr to the couch. The tables have turned as the content creators prepare the show, while Karan and Ori also share a separate chat where Ori reveals why she is ‘cheated’. In the latest promo of Koffee with Karan 8, shared by Karan Johar on his Instagram, the content creators have made it the ‘Special Jury’ of the season. Kusha Kapila asked Karan, “Are you skipping therapy sessions to shoot KWK?” Daniel then calls this season a “snoozefest.” Meanwhile, Karan asks Ori if she is single and she replies, “I have five!” When Karan asks if he’s dating five people at once, Ori says, “I’m cheating. Karan adds, ‘You were a liver and now you’re a fraud!’

Comedian Tanmay Bhatt then quips that if this season had so many filters, then it’s better to call the show ‘Filter with Koffee Karan’. Danish then says will it hurt her that she didn’t get to launch star kids because Zoya Akhtar did it in The Archies? Released last month, The Archies marked the debut of three stars – Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan, Sridevi’s younger daughter Suhana Khan and Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda. At this, Karan sips his coffee and nods in agreement. He then adds that he wants out so they can take over the show themselves.
This season of Koffee with Karan kicked off with Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone as the first guests on the couch. Some of the other guests included Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and Sharmila Tagore, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, Rani Mukerji and Kajol, Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor.
