Bollywood movie Angrezi Medium 2020 is a upcoming Indian Hindi film directed by Homi Adajania and produced under the production banner Maddock Films. The film is the spin-off to the 2017 comedy Hindi Medium and stars Irrfan Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepak Dobriyal, and Radhika Madan.
Filming began in Udaipur on 5 April 2019 and was completed by July in London. It will be released on 20 March 2020.

Following her school graduation, Tarika decides she wants to go to London to study further much to the chagrin of her father, Champak, who can`t afford the college fees. Determined to make his daughter`s dreams come true, Champak does everything he can to land her a seat in a London university.

In the film Angrezi Medium, and Kareena kapoor first look from the film has been shared online. In the picture, Kareena can be seen as a cop who is wearing casuals, with minimal makeup and a badge clipped onto her waist.
Radhika Madan will play Irrfan’s daughter who, apparently, wishes to seek after higher studies in the UK.
Deepak Dobriyal and Manu Rishi play Irrfan’s brother and cousin, individually, in the film. The brothers run sweet shops and are adversaries to one another. Angrezi Medium is the spin-off of the 2017 hit film Hindi Medium, which featured Irrfan and Saba Qamar in the lead role. The film is being produced by Dinesh Vijan.

In 2017, Saket Chaudhary‘s Hindi Medium starring Irrfan Khan became an instant hit. The movie touched upon a reality that society puts the English language high up on a pedestal and even if you come from money you won’t fit into the elite society without knowing to speak fluent English.
Three years later, Irrfan Khan is back with a sequel – Angrezi Medium. The trailer for this movie was recently released and we see Tarika (Radhika Madan) telling her father (Irrfan Khan) that she wants to go to London for her further education. The rest of the premise involves Irrfan going to the ends of the earth to make sure he has enough money so that his daughter can live out her dream. We can already tell that this movie is going to get emotional as well as take you on a hilarious ride.

This film is also special as it marks Irrfan Khan’s first film after his cancer treatment. The actor who is still recovering said, “Hello brothers and sisters. This is Irrfan. I’m here with you and yet I’m not. This film Angrezi Medium is very special for me. I truly wanted to promote this film with the same love with which we made it. But my body has been gatecrashed by some unwanted guests… Whatever happens, I’ll share with you all.”
