Tandel first look: Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi are patriots in this action-packed film

Naga Chaitanya’s next Thandel has been creating a lot of buzz ever since its announcement. Directed by Chandu Mondeti, the film marks the director’s third collaboration with Naga Chaitanya after working together in the 2016 film ‘Premam’ and the 2018 film ‘Savyasachi’.

In addition to Naga Chaitanya, director Tandel also stars Sai Pallavi as the female lead, making this the second time they have worked together after the 2021 film Love Story. The film’s creators recently released a sneak peek titled ‘Essence of Tandel’, giving viewers a preliminary synopsis of the film and an insight into the world of the film and what audiences can expect. The 2 minute 11 second video begins with Naga Chaitanya’s character jumping into the sea. The film then moves on to portray a character who is confined in a Karachi jail under mysterious circumstances. Chaitanya’s character is unfazed in character and confidently praises India, despite the police officers’ attempts to intimidate him. The teaser ends with a glimpse of Sai Pallavi’s character taking a leisurely stroll along the beach.
‘Tander’ is said to be inspired by a real incident involving fishermen that took place in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh in 2018. According to reports, Naga Chaitanya’s role in the film will be that of a fisherman from the region.
