After leaving a lasting impact with their on-screen chemistry in the blockbuster movie Jawan and pathan, Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan have teamed up again, but this time it’s not for a new film. The dynamic duo will be seen in the upcoming advertisement of Hyundai India’s facelifted SUV Creta which is scheduled to be launched on January 16, 2024. A teaser for the commercial was released on Tuesday, giving fans a glimpse of what to expect.
In the teaser, Deepika can be seen interacting in an elegant black dress with red lips and flowing hair. The character in the ad declares:Iss Game Ka Eku He Ultimate King HaI (There is only one king in this game),” Deepika asked while looking at the tablet that displayed SRK’s picture.King kaha ho tum? (Where is the king?)” The teaser ends with a mysterious silhouette of Shah Rukh in the dark saying:Abu Aega Maza”

Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan’s on-screen pairing ranged from their debut collaboration in Om Shanti Om (2007) to subsequent films such as Chennai Express and Happy New Year. Even the hits have been well-received by viewers. Pathaan, released in 2023, was a huge success and crossed the Rs 100-crore mark worldwide, making it the second highest-grossing film of the year. Deepika’s cameo appearance in Jawan also contributed to the film’s global success, grossing over Rs 100 crore.
