Hollywood Movie Joker tells the story of the popular DC supervillain of the same name. The film traces the protagonist’s early life as Joaquin Phoenix Arthur Fleck (essayed by Phoenix), who is an aspiring stand-up comedian struggling to make ends meet and constantly derided by society.

The Warner Bros. project has become the highest-grossing R-rated movie of all time and has crossed the $1 billion mark at the worldwide box office
Now given the massive Oscar buzz around the Joker film with 11 nominations including Best Actor, Best Film and Director, Warner Bros. Pictures will re-release the film for the Indian audiences on February 14, four days after the Oscar awards ceremony.
‘Joker‘ movie is the fourth DC comic title to cross 1 billion USD, after Aquaman (USD 1.15 billion), The Dark Knight Rises (USD 1.084 billion) and The Dark Knight (USD 1.005 billion).
The joker movie had earlier released in India in October 2019 and had earned Rs 50 crores at the box office. Interestingly, another Oscar-nominated film, Quentin Tarantino’s ‘Once Upon A Time In Hollywood‘ is also set to re-release on the same day.
