“Gangubai Kathiawadi” (2022)

Set in the 1960s, Alia Bhatt gives the performance of her life as Gangubai Kathiawadi, a sex worker who fought for the rights of her community. Inspired by real events, the film depicts the struggles and challenges she went through to gain basic human rights for women.
