After exceeding First day collection of Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pasaan Ranbir Kapoor’s film Animal crossed the Rs 100-crore mark at the box office on its first day of release and within two days of its release. The film minted Rs 66 million on Saturday, taking its total domestic collection to Rs 129.8 million, according to Zaknilk’s early estimates.

The film grossed a whopping Rs 63.8 million on Friday, surpassing Pasaan’s opening day gross of Rs 54 million. However, it could not surpass the second-day box office gross of the Shah Rukh Khan starrer, which earned Rs 7.05 crore on its second day.

According to trade analyst Ramesh Bala, Animal has earned a whopping 230 million rupees worldwide. He wrote on Twitter, “In 2 days #Animal has grossed a huge amount of over Rs 230 crore at the WW box office.”
