The antagonistic MLA (Pankaj Jha) is another thorn in their plans and by the end of the third season, things get very serious for all the characters.

Panchayat Season 3 Review: Writing and Direction

The writer-director duo of Chandan Kumar and Deepak Kumar Mishra, respectively, know how to engage the audience with even a simple story of village politics and bureaucracy, which gains more meaning the deeper the show delves into certain characteristics. However, compared to the past seasons, the pace of the show has slowed down a bit and the show also explores more dramatic storylines, especially when Faisal Malik’s Prahlad loses his sense of purpose after the death of his son.

The show’s strength lies in the characters it creates, not just the main cast, but the supporting and guest characters as well. There’s a great callback to Season 1’s character Ganesh, played by Asif Khan, which sets up an explosive finale. However, then again, this doesn’t give the excellent Neena Gupta, who is a real pradhan, much to do other than plod along. If he does return for Season 4, his character should be fleshed out even more.

Panchayat Season 3 Review: Performances

The cast, led by Jitendra Kumar, once again excels with their performances. Even actors in smaller roles like Bam Bahadur get a chance to shine. outstanding Panchayat Once again there is Jeetendra Kumar, Faisal Malik and Chandan Roy, whose friendship has developed so wonderfully over the past seasons. While other villagers like Durgesh Kumar’s Bhushan are brought in just to create conflict with the main gang, the actors who portray them do the job.

Panchayat Season 3 Review: Criticism

creators Panchayat Of course you know how to fasten their ends. In season 2 and now with season 3, they left us wanting more. The comedy has a more dramatic edge this season as it raises the stakes involved in the “silly little local politics” storylines. Despite the slow momentum, you can’t stop yourself from jumping to the next episode to find out what happens next. I hope we won’t have to wait too long for season 4.
