A new Amazon Prime Video series will focus on a boarding school for girls. Starring Pooja Bhatt, Raima Sen and many more, #BGDC It will premiere on the streaming platform from March 14. Inspired by unique hashtags, the title stands for Big Girls Don’t Cry. Find out who is part of the upcoming series.

Prime Video India has released the first teaser from the show on Instagram. They wrote: “A story of dreams, aspirations and brotherhood: #BGDC is here. #BGDCOnPrime, March 14.” The short video shows a group of high school students who are not best friends at first, but later become a support group for each other.
Pooja Bhatt who also starred in the web series Bombay Begumplays a crucial role #BGDC. The rest of the cast is a mix of veterans and new faces playing boarding school students. The series is written by Sudanshu Sariya, Advitya Kareng Das, Sunayana Kumar and Radhika Malhotra. It seems to have a balance of drama and sentiment as all the girls form strong bonds away from home.

Apart from Bhatt, the ensemble cast #BGDC Also starring Zoya Hussain, Lovlin Misra, Mukul Chadha, Raima Sen, Dalai, Tenzin Lakila, Avantika Vandanapu, Annette Pada, Akshita Sood, Aprah Syed and Vidush. Avantika Vandanapu was recently seen in a Hollywood remake Girls in the woods and worked with Telugu star Mahesh Babu Brahmotsavam As a child artist.
Created by Nitya Mehra, who previously directed the episodes Made in heaven, co-directed the episodes with series producer Karan Kapadia, Kopal Naithan and co-writer Sudanshu Sariya.
