Actor John Abraham has announced his next film, first poster, and release date. John took to X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday to share the poster. The poster featured actor Sharvari Wagh standing behind a grim-looking John with tears in his eyes. Weapons were also part of the poster. John shared the poster and wrote, “Dive into the world of #Vedaa. Coming to theaters on July 12th!” It was directed by Nikkhil Advani.

About the Vedas

The film has been called a “high-energy action drama.” This marks John and Nikhil’s reunion after the films ‘Salaam-e-Ishq’ and ‘Batla House’. ‘Vadar’ also stars Abhishek Banerjee in an important role. The filmmaker directed Veda from a screenplay by Aseem Arora. The film is produced by Zee Studios, Advani’s Emmay Entertainment and John’s JA Entertainment.

“Veda is more than just a movie. It is inspired by real events, reflects our society and pushes the boundaries of reality. With John, Sharvari and Abhishek Banerjee It was a great experience to work on it and I’m happy to finally announce the release date and the audience was just as moved as when they first heard Veda’s story,” Nikhil said in a statement. Veda was shot in Kashmir

In December last year, John completed the shooting schedule of ‘Veda’ in Kashmir. The film was shot in south Kashmir’s Srinagar and Anantnag districts. In a video released by Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Board on X, John said that his experience in Kashmir was amazing. “We are shooting in Ashmukham. It’s a really beautiful place. We have 240 extras. john’s last movie

John was last seen in Pattern, which was conducted by Siddharth Anand. It was released on January 25th. The film also stars Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone.
